I often hear cleaning managers say that it is too expensive, or in effective, to train their cleaners. I get it. Having worked as a cleaning trainer since 2004, I know how challenging it is to train personnel that work after hours, across multiple locations, and with limited English skills. And how costly it can be to constantly retrain a part-time workforce with high turn-over rates. But perhaps the training model that was the problem, not the trainers, or the cleaners…

1. We recommend the Train-the-Trainer package if any of these statements apply to you:

Your investment starts at $10,320 for the Train the Trainer package with a small Clean for Success Plan / Manual. Additional charges are applied according to whichHPC Solutions Package you choose, and:
- The number of Task-sheets in your Clean for Success Plan / Manual
- The number of participants attending the Workshops and Training sessions
- The volume of printed manuals you need.
- The size and number of the audits (in the Compliance package)
Best to book for a Discovery session so we can tailor a package to fit your needs and budget.
No! We do everything for you – unless you want to include some happy snaps of your team in action! Your Clean for Success Manual will be built by selecting from a library of photos to tell your story. If a photo don’t exist to suit your specific facilities, surfaces, tasks or products, we will organise it for you.
The products in the model’s hand will be generic. However some suppliers are sponsoring photos of their own customised range and best practices. Watch this space for more partner information!
If you want us to take photos of your uniformed staff members as the models carrying out tasks for a FULLY customised manual, we are very happy to arrange this but you will need to provide the location and supplies, and extra photography charges will naturally apply.
Yes! We are currently building an exciting on-line training program that will be ready by July of 2020. The option for SCORM accredited assessments will also be available. There is no obligation to take up this offer and it will not cost you anything to convert your printed Manual into the online format, however standard licencing and learner access fees will apply if you decide to do so. More will be revealed soon!
