How does it work?
We start with an initial Scoping Workshop with your key decision makers so we can individualise your program to your needs. There is no obligation to continue with the 3-Step program after the Scoping Phase but if you do, the cost will be deducted from the cost of the full program so there’s nothing to lose!
We will then guide your team through three easy steps:
1. Clean for Success Plan
To begin, we will work with you to map all the cleaning products and processes you use to carry out each task, from end to end, in our planning tool called the ‘Clean for Success Plan’.
2. Clean for Success Manual
Next we will create a pictorial Clean for Success Manual that is customised to your company’s cleaning tasks, products and processes – perfect for inductions and on-the-job training.
3. Train the Trainer
Finally, we customise a training support pack for your Clean for Success Manual. Then in a ½ day Train-the-Trainer course run by Bridget Gardner, your Supervisors will learn how to effectively train their cleaning teams for consistent skills and results.
