The Innovation Package
Engage your cleaning management team in an exciting 4-step project that will help them to innovate for better health, hygiene, efficiency and sustainability. Receive a support package containing a detailed Scoping Document, Management Workshops, planning tools, policy templates, monitoring tools and a pictorial, customised Cleaning Manual.

How does it work?
We start with an initial Scoping Workshop with your key decision makers so we can individualise your program to your needs. There is no obligation to continue with the 4-Step program after the Scoping Phase, but if you do, the cost will be deducted from the total project fees so there’s nothing to lose!
We will then guide your team through four logical steps:
Step 1. Clean for Success Plan
We start by working with your team to map all the cleaning products and processes you currently use to carry out each task, from end to end, in our comprehensive planning tool – the ‘Clean for Success Plan’.
Step 2. HPC Workshop
In a full day High Performance Cleaning workshop with Bridget Gardner, your management team will now learn how to innovative to improve the health and safety, hygiene and effectiveness, sustainability and efficiency of your cleaning services.
Decisions from Step 2 will inform Step 3.
Step 3. Implement innovations
In Step 3 we get down to business. Bridget will work with your team on-site, to implement new methods, measure their success and systemise each task into more efficient workflows.
Your team will select the highest performing methods, and be photographed carrying them out for your Clean for Success Manual.
Step 4. Clean for Success Manual
In the final Step 4, we will combine photos of your team with our library of step-by-step images, to create a pictorial training manual, fully customised to your organisation’s cleaning tasks, products and innovative processes. Perfect for induction and on-the-job training.
