How does it work?
We start with an initial Scoping Workshop with your key decision makers so we can individualise your program
to your needs, gaps and situation in a detailed Scoping Document.
There is no obligation to continue with the 4-step Compliance project after the initial Scoping Phase. But if you do, we will deduct the cost from the total project fees. That way, you have nothing to lose.
We will then guide your team through four logical steps:
Step 1. Clean for Success Plan
We start by working with you to carefully map all the cleaning products and processes you use to carry out each task, from end to end, in our comprehensive planning tool – the ‘Clean for Success Plan’.
Step 2. HPC Method Assessment
Next we will conduct a Method Assessment of your Plan against our HPC Criteria for healthy, sustainable and hygienic cleaning practices.
With a gap-analysis report, decision-making tools and a Management Workshop with Bridget Gardner, we will now develop cleaning protocols that mitigate risks and improve your quality outcomes.
Step 3. Clean for Success Manual
During Step 3 we will develop your pictorial Clean for Success Manual. This fully customised resource will systemise your validated cleaning products and processes for every task, plus your new risk-prevention strategies, in a step-by-step guide.
We will also support you to implement these methods on site ready for auditing in Step 4
Step 4. HPC Site Audit
We will now train the cleaning personnel on site using your new Clean for Success Manual, then measure the outcomes via a Conformance and Performance Audit.
We will also give you a HPC Score for the audited facility which can be used to promote your cleaning services and building.
